HireCV offers digital products and services, including resume creation, customization, and downloads. Due to the nature of digital content, once the service is delivered, it cannot be returned.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made on HireCV are generally non-refundable.

• Once a resume is generated and downloaded, the service is considered delivered
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or user preference
• Please review your details carefully before completing a purchase

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental payments
• Technical issues that prevent resume generation or download
• Payment deducted but service not delivered
